• As a paper crafter, I know that many people not only love to create handmade papercraft to give gifts but also want to sell them for an income. And as a small business owner, I feel happy when my designs can help other small businesses succeed. That is why I include both Non-commercial and Commercial Use licenses for Physical End Products in the basic price for all products (free and paid) on my website handselpapery.com.

    Therefore, you can use my designs to create limited units of physical end products for sales, and if it becomes one of your best sellers, you can come back and give me a donation.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

  • This license is effective on all sales and downloads made on and after the 18 of June 2023. This is an End User License Agreement (EULA) between the end user (You) and Handsel Papery. When you purchase or download an item on handselpapery.com, the item is automatically covered under this license. Please read this Agreement carefully. By downloading design products from handselpapery.com (Licensed Product), You confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

    Non-commercial and Commercial Use License for Physical End Product

    "Commercial use" is any use that involves an exchange of money or other consideration; promotes a business, product or service; or results in financial gain.

    "Non-commercial use" is a use for personal or non-profit purposes, where no money or other consideration is exchanged. Any use that meets the definition of “Commercial use” can not be a Non-commercial use.

    "Physical end product" is handmade or printed tangible item. 

    All Handsel Papery designs (free and paid) include Non-commercial and Commercial Use license for Physical End Product in the basic price. You may:

    • Use the design to create an unlimited number of finished physical end products for non-commercial and commercial purposes without modification.
    • Modify the design and create an unlimited number of finished physical end products for non-commercial and commercial purposes.
    • Attribution is not required but I'd love and appreciate it if you give a link back to handselpapery.com or tag @handselpaper on social media when you share your creations!

    With a Non-commercial and Commercial Use license for Physical End Product, you may NOT use the design for any purpose outlined in the "Prohibited Usage" section below.

    Prohibited Usage

    Licensed Product may not be used in any pornographic, fraudulent, illegal, harassing, immoral, offensive, infringing, or defamatory manner; such uses are, without limitation or reservation, strictly prohibited.

    Furthermore, you may NOT:

    • Resell, sub-license, share or (re)distribute any of the digital files. If you want to share a design to anyone, please direct them to the product page for purchase or download.
    • Modify, repackage or reformat the files to share or resell or claim as your own in any way.
    • Send the design files to any outside printer, manufacturer, maker, print-on-demand company, or any other party, so that the outside party can make physical end products on your behalf.

    • The copyrights for all artwork are maintained and enforced by Handsel Papery. This agreement does not give you the copyright or any ownership claim to designs from Handsel Papery. This agreement only licenses the non-exclusive rights to use the designs as described in this document.
